Fair play, on and off the ice.

Who we are. IceStats Pro is a hockey stats app for parents and coaches tracking games from the stands. It's built and operated by TechAdvise, LLC. Using the app or this site means you agree to these terms.

Your account. Give us accurate info when you sign up, keep your credentials to yourself, and use one account per person. You're responsible for what happens under your login.

Your data. The stats you record are yours. We store them and sync them across your devices so the app works — that's the whole job. IceStats Pro is offline-first: your data lives on your device first and syncs when you're back online. Delete your account and we delete the stats that go with it; a few billing and anti-abuse records outlive it. We collect the minimum needed to run the service; our privacy policy covers this site and the app.

Report tokens. Tokens are prepaid credits you spend to generate a report. A token is consumed when the report is generated, not before. Tokens aren't currency and can't be transferred between accounts.

Your stats site. When you generate a report, we publish your stats site and keep it up, with no subscription and nothing more to pay. It stays live for three years after your most recent report, whether you paid for it or used a promo code, and every new report restarts that clock. If three years pass with no new report, we take the site offline. Your account and your stats stay, and your next report puts the site back up. We'll email you about 60 days and again about 14 days before a site comes down. Deleting your account is the exception: your site comes down within 30 days, without waiting out the three years.

Acceptable use. Don't scrape the app or site, don't try to break or abuse the service, and don't upload content you don't have the rights to.

Names, logos and takedowns. Team names, league names, logos and anything else you put on your stats site come from you, not us. By publishing them you confirm you have the right to use them, and you give us permission to host and display them as part of your site. If someone claims something you published infringes their trademark or copyright and that claim turns out to be your responsibility, you agree to cover our costs of dealing with it. IceStats Pro isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any team, league or trademark holder shown on a user's site.

If you believe something on an IceStats Pro site infringes your rights, tell us through the contact form with a link to the page, what you own, and how to reach you. We'll review it, and we may take the item or the site down while we do. We'll let the site owner know and give them a chance to respond.

Player privacy requests. A player, or a parent or guardian of a player, can ask us through the contact form to take that player off your stats site. Once we've confirmed the request, we hide the player from your public site within 30 days and let you know. Hiding a player doesn't change your own data: the player stays in your app and your stats, and only your public site stops showing them.

Kids and accounts. IceStats Pro accounts are for adults — parents, coaches and team managers. Don't create an account for a child. You're responsible for the player information you enter, including other families' kids: record only what you need, get a parent or guardian's OK before you record or publish it, and remember that a microsite link works for anyone who has it.

The service. We're in beta, so features change. The app is provided as-is while we build it out. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll let you know before it takes effect.

Liability. We're not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app. Stats recorded in IceStats Pro are for personal and team development — they aren't an official league record.

Ending things. You can stop using IceStats Pro any time. To delete your account, open the Account tab in the app, tap Delete Account and confirm. Your account and the stats attached to it are deleted from our database right away, and it can't be undone; the copies of your stats that our sync and database hosts keep are cleared within 30 days. If you can't get into the app, ask us through the contact form instead. The Privacy Policy explains what deletion removes and the few records we keep. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
